Blackjack: history

The blackjack descends from a French game called “vingnt-en-un” (twenty-one in French) practiced in century XVII.

At the end of century XVIII the game arrives to America and it extends quickly by all the continent thanks to the options granted to the player to vary their bets and change the victory probabilities.

The beginning of blackjack weren´t easy, for this reason the casinos began to increase the bonus with the purpose to motivate the players. One of these bonus was granted when the players obtained a Jack with black color and an Ace of swords. With time the bonus disappeared but the game inherited the name by we know it at present, blackjack: black-jack.
